I often find myself snacking late at night, even when I’m not hungry. Do you have this habit? Have you tried controlling it? What strategies have worked for you to reduce late-night eating?
I used to have a big issue with late-night snacking and it was always unhealthy snacks for me such as crisps/potato chips, sweets, and chocolate.
I found that even though I do snack on a night still, I have changed what I snack on, now when I snack late on a night, I tend to go for fruit, nuts or popcorn.
Go to sleep early and you will be able to entirely stop late night snacking. When you go to sleep early and wake up early, you will start experiencing positive changes in your body
One of the ways that I used to handle it is by drinking lots of water. Each time that I get the urge to do so, I will just focus on drinking water, and it has been helpful so far.
Midnight cravings are like sneaky food ninjas—they strike when willpower sleeps! My trick? Brushing my teeth early as a 'kitchen closed' sign. Also, chugging herbal tea fools my brain into thinking it's had a snack. Works (mostly)!
