fitness How to Stop Late-Night Snacking Habits

This general fitness thread covers all aspects of fitness, including workouts, nutrition, wellness tips, lifestyle changes, and fitness advice.
I used to have a big issue with late-night snacking and it was always unhealthy snacks for me such as crisps/potato chips, sweets, and chocolate.

I found that even though I do snack on a night still, I have changed what I snack on, now when I snack late on a night, I tend to go for fruit, nuts or popcorn.

Midnight cravings are like sneaky food ninjas—they strike when willpower sleeps! My trick? Brushing my teeth early as a 'kitchen closed' sign. Also, chugging herbal tea fools my brain into thinking it's had a snack. Works (mostly)!

I often find myself snacking late at night, even when I’m not hungry. Do you have this habit? Have you tried controlling it? What strategies have worked for you to reduce late-night eating?
I drink a lot of water before bed.

I have to get up and use the bathroom a lot, but I don't crave snacks.

Maybe eat something like celery sticks in a low-fat dip if you must have something. Rice cakes. Something to fill the void.

Or get super soft, super comfortable bed spreads so that you're too comfortable to get out of bed haha
