It's a great start. I began (2016) with like 6 or 8 pushups, and now that's my end goal doing them to technical failure with leg-elevated pushups, which is probably 80% of my body weight at the peak.Currently, I am taking approximately 20 to 25 push-ups without pause, but I am always in the process of striving forward to doing more.
But, it's not all that I can do. So, I have to push against the wall to absolutely kill the muscles and get the most benefit out of it.
