discuss Greatest Soccer Player of All Time?

Who d you think is the greatest soccer player of all time? Do you think it is Pele, Maradona, Messi, Ronaldo, who else? Well, being a Maradona fan, I think Maradona is the greatest footballer of all time. I watched him first time in 1994 but by then his downfall had already began but based on what I have seen him do in the 90s and 86s, I do not think there is someone like him.

Too difficult to say who is the greatest of all-time as there's so many to choose from from various eras. The obvious go-to option is likely to be Pele, but for me personally, I just can't look past Leo Messi. OK, he's not won a Premier League, but he has won every trophy possible for club and country in his career after Argentina's World Cup win in 2022. That's a pretty amazing achievement for any sports player in any sport.

Agreed! If you look at the achievement, there is no player in the history of football that has achieved as much as Messi. he is really good, there is no denying that. However, when I compare Messi with Maradona, I cannot choose Messi.

I believe that Lionel Messi or even those players already retired like Diego Maradona and Pele were far better. These are gifted footballers.

The beautiful thing about this debate is that all our opinions are valid. I would discredit Messi from his time at PSG where he made no impact to that team but Ronaldo has proven himself accross different teams.

That's a great choice. Cristiano Ronaldo is such a wonderful footballer! He has been playing in the league for many years and up to now we still see him, he is strong. But some people may argue that Lionel Messi is far better.

I also belong to those who believe that Cristiano Ronaldo is a great player. He’s been performing at a very high standard for quite a long time now. However, there are some people who believe Lionel Messi is much better. I believe that both players are incredible and have done terrific throughout their careers. Obviously Messi is an excellent dribbler. Ronaldo is also an extremely fast player and a good finisher.

Cristiano Ronaldo is still as active as before and he seems to keep working hard everyday. To be honest with you, I have never seen him perform below average at his age which is quite incredible.
