Cristiano Ronaldo will still keep being my most exceptional footballer until the day he stops playing and hangs his book. He's 38/39 years old but still very much actively playing and have a great hunger to perform very well.

Yeah, you're probably right but they have already made a big mark in the sports already which is actually what I was pointing at. You can't talk about great footballers today without their names coming up.

Almost everyone knows that World Cup in Qatar was set up my FIFA for Messi to win it. We all know that the FIFA president Gianni Infantino is a fan of Messi. But that's not an argument I would want to get into right now because it's going to take a very long time to exhaust all the points in proving that.

Those Vinicius and Haaland you mentioned should not even come into these kinds of conversations. Those players have not delivered consistent high performances for five years at a stretch. A player needs to have eight solid years of consistent high performance to be mentioned in these kinds of conversations. Not three season wonders. With that being said, Cristiano Ronaldo is the best player of the past decade for me.
