These days it is very common to hear that you need to create a balance between your personal life and professional life. However, when you actually try it, balancing work and personal life is not actually possible. Most of the time your personal life will influence professional and vice versa. How can we actually maintain a healthy work life balance?

In my own opinion l can say that l can easily manage my time because l am not employed and l get the advantage of managing my time wisely and as per my wishes

I have my working time, and then the family time.
Same. It's important to know what you're working for, which is that family time if you get the funds to do so — but, it could also simply be a trip to the park.
It gives me a break from stress.
Interactions with close ones can surely help you forget the stresses of work.

I work form home, I have a home office but I get a lot of distractions. My personal life gets into my professional life and vice versa. For someone who has a regular job and has a regular income, maintaining work life balance might be possible but for those who work from home and who are self employed, achieving work life balance might be really difficult. I can tell this from my own experience.

I work super early in the morning, so I get off at 12:30. Because of this, I feel like I get some decent time to relax after work, plus thankfully my work is pretty laid back and easy so I'm able to truck through and enjoy it. If you're having a rough time maintaining a healthy work/life balance, maybe look to see what exactly is causing you issues. If it's overtime, see if you can try to come in earlier rather than staying later. Look for new hobbies too.

Work-life balance means that you have time for work, your family, and also create time for fun. I work hard at workplace and then dedicate time for my family or friends when I'm out of work.
During work, I arrange my working plans and make sure I accomplish all my working activities so that I can gain more time in my personal life. I also tried not to accept overtime and other activities which may in some way, limit my personal activities. It is never easy to balance it up but satisfaction I get is worth it.

When you are starting out your financial journey, balancing work life and personal life is a mirage. You would want to hustle aggressively to meet up with the various financial needs you need. Generally, average people don't have work-life balance. It is rich people that truly can afford that.
