With remote work and constant connectivity, maintaining work-life balance feels more challenging than ever. What boundaries help you separate work from personal time? Have you found any daily routines that make a difference?
Work-life balance could be achieved if we do not set ambiguous boundaries. I create particular times for work and take my self-care as priority. I do workouts and meditation to get my ready for the day. This little practice goes a long way to helping me maintain work-life balance.
I know it's difficult but my success depends on setting boundaries. I use a predetermined work hours which I make sure to maintain fully. I do daily routines like meditation during mornings along with evening exercise. All these keep my work and life activities balanced.
Creating a ritual for device closure assists me to shift from work activities to personal activities. To achieve balance between work and personal life, I dedicate periods for various activities which include reading and spending quality time with my loved ones.
