Eating of fruits is very important because they are very your for our body and general health. There are so many nutrients which you can't get from food but they will be replenished with the fruits that you eat.
My favourite fruits are ; apple, watermelon, paw-paw, grapes, carrots(I think this one is a vegetable) and mango.
