There is no denying that we all love snacking. sadly, most of us are eating unhealthy snacks. These days when we are accustomed to eat packaged food, finding tasty yet healthy snacks can be quite tricky. What options do you have for healthy snacks that not only keeps you satisfied but also energized?
 
You can't go wrong with fruits. Bananas and Mangoes seem to do it for me when I need a quick shot of energy. They also both make you feel full, so they have the benefits, too.
 
Generally speaking, I like to stick to 2 meals a day of if I am very hungry, I can add one more meal to my day, but I don't do snacking. If I have to I will try nuts or pop corn
I like your eating style. It is good to have meals and not snacks in-between. Chocolate covered nuts and popcorns are ideal snacks and can quickly satisfy our hunger.

I like pop corn but not with butter or chocolate. I do like to season with salt but do not use anything else. The idea is to get best from the food without adding extra starch

I eat in moderation and I also consider healthy food, not only are they tasty but very healthy as well. indeed, they are great snacks. Fruits are also very good for the body. I like fruit that are sweet and contain fiber. Snacking on such healthy foods as these can actually enhance our health and fitness in a very big way. It's a good habit to have.

Sugary foods are really unhealthy and such kinds of foods are causing many diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and heart diseases as well.
