Burnout and exhaustion affect virtually every body. Whenever I went through this myself, I always look for methods to control stress and at the same time maintain my personal life. I make sure to set a clear task to perform step-by-step and it has helped me stay focused without developing much stress from too much work.

For me, I just disconnect. It's the most helpful thing that I can do: Ignore the noise and only focus on what's truly important to me in life, like how friends or family are doing for example.

I'm retired, so I have the ability to do that until I'm back to myself again.

However, I have learned a lot of coping techniques in behavioral therapy presentations before that can help without having to resort to cutting everything off. One thing that helps me is breathing in on a 4 second count through the nose and exhaling on a 4 second count through the mouth. Another technique is simply a 30 minute walk outdoors without distractions.

Taking regular breaks from work makes me stronger. During times when I feel exhausted at work, I take some days off and do activities that are independent from my job. The shift to a new area inspire me to recover so fast. Setting boundaries with both my work and personal life is what made everything so manageable.
