Do you eat your daily fruits?

Personally, I think I'm pretty good with eating vegetables, always have something veggie with my lunch and dinner, but fruits for me are a problem. I like them, it's just I never seem to find a way to work them into my diet unless it's a sports day and I specifically take some fruits with me or something.

What's your fruit-eating routine, and how many pieces do you manage to devour a day and when?

I don't eat enough fruits, to be honest.

I eat one-a-day vitamins which has what fruit has in it.

I probably get more from Centrum multivitamins than fruits, strictly speaking, vitamins and minerals that would have otherwise come from fruits.

I wouldn’t dispute that; however, as much as someone would get their daily dose of vitamins by taking multivitamins from Centrum, no supplement can replace the role of whole fruits. Fruits have fibre, antioxidants and other nutrients that when consumed in large quantities will serve a certain function in the body.

You're even doing better with taking multivitamins. If I did, I wouldn't be worried too much about not being able to eat fruits every day.

Man, I wish melon wasn't as expensive as it is here in Japan. It can be like $40 for some good melon.

They also sell "gifts"-like melons too. I don't imagine many pay the equivalent of $100 (10,000 Yen at the current rate is 64 Dollars) for one melon other than it being for a gift. I suppose some out there'll purchase it for their consumption, as there are people who can afford it, but it can't be happening daily. These are stocked in all supermarkets, not just high-end ones, so there seems to be demand for them, but I just don't ever see anyone buying them, though, they always look freshly stocked.

I've seen fancier and even more expensive melons than this, ranging upwards of $190. I'll have to take a picture next time I'm out cause it's almost unbelievable without a photo.

I haven't had melon in about 3 years. The time is now for me to get it. I'll add it in my next shopping list.

As for eating fruits daily, I eat at least one apples a day. My little girl loves watermelon.

I hardly go a day without eating fruits. It has basically become part of my diet, and even my day will feel incomplete without eating a fruit.
It's a good eating habit you should do well not to stop observing because it will improve your health very well. You wouldn't be getting sick often.
