Do you eat your daily fruits?
Personally, I think I'm pretty good with eating vegetables, always have something veggie with my lunch and dinner, but fruits for me are a problem. I like them, it's just I never seem to find a way to work them into my diet unless it's a sports day and I specifically take some fruits with me or something.
What's your fruit-eating routine, and how many pieces do you manage to devour a day and when?
