keep thinking if Wesley Snipes’ appearance in Mahershala Ali’s Blade would make it live up to expectations and excite the fans. Some believed that his appearance will hinder the new series.
There is a conception that the fans would rather focus on Snipes and the older series, making them give very little attention to the new movie. It's definitely going to be a tough choice!

I would like to hear what others have to say about it.

Mahershala Ali’s Blade
I haven't seen this movie.

However, Wesley Snipes is now 62 years old. It would be hard to make a reboot or sequel without addressing his age now unless he can still perform the action required for the role or fills an instructor-type role for another co-star who could continue the series.

Keanu Reeves is 60 and did a damn good job with John Wick: Chapter 4, so that proves that age isn't a real show-stopper.

Wesley is old and I don't think he has the energy to meet up with the demands.
I thought that way about Keanu Reeves in John Wick: Chapter 4.

I don't think some of his stunts were performed by him, they just couldn't have been. However, you can tell by his movements that he is getting older by the way he walks in some scenes.

So, it's very likely Snipes could do the role and they just swap him out with a body double when needed. Though, would that be the right path knowing he'd be around 64 when they start production on a 3rd film or would setting him up as a mentor to another person be the better fit?

He appeared in Deadpool Vs Wolverine as Blade. I believe a sequel is already in the works

Nah, he already has a legacy and I do not want him to taint it by being involved in this project. I am sure the new movie will be a large departure from the old ones, and I do not think Wesley would fit.
