There are those who are pushing yo lose weight. They do a lot with the aim that they are going to lose weight. Are you the type that is more focused on taking some pills in order to lose weight, or do you keep faith with other means of losing weight?

My mum, grandma, auntie and I have always struggled with our weight, and I remember many years ago now, my mum decided to try weight loss pills to help us lose weight. They never seemed to work, and we eventually gave up on them and moved over to trying a diet called Weight Watchers, which helped us lose a lot of weight.

Can't lie and say that I haven't, as in my bodybuilding days, they were easy to get ahold of with a prescription and run a cycle on.

Years later, I don't think I'd run a cycle of them anymore. Looking back on it, they were way too harsh. What took 3 months might've taken 7 or 8, so there was some upside to it if you needed to shed fat quickly, but I'll do it the more natural way now.

Taking pills for loosing body is nit appropriate for all. Instead of pills, everyone can try natural substances. It's the only way to loose wet safely

Long back when I was looking for ways to shed few kilograms, I had used a months prescription of pills that had claim to reduce weight. They had worked so well and I had come to my desired weight within a month. However, I never again saw those pills anywhere ever, now I can't even recall the name of those pills.

If prescription, your doctor might've written you an off-label clenbuterol prescription. Since you didn't have asthma, and it was only for a month, I don't see what the harm would be if you dieted along with them and doctor's supervision.

I believe that working out and being patient with the process is not for everyone. There are also those who have tried this method, and it didn't give them the result that they wanted. Thus, they had to resort to using pills and maybe going for surgery.
