Things are not rosy in Manchester this season as Manchester United and Manchester City languish in the English Premier League. City has just one win in their last 10 or 11 games. Apparently Pep Guardiola needs to do more than scratch his head if he wants to turn things around 😃
Manchester United are no better. Following a 2-0 loss to Wolves earlier in the week, they are now frolicking in the 14th position in the league. Yes you read that right, 14th.

At this point, is it safe to say that all hope is lost in Manchester?

Manchester City has got players who are committed to the game and would definitely bounce back. We can't say the same for Manchester United that is struggling with an identity crisis. It seems the players at Manchester United don't even know how to handle some matters at all in terms of adapting to what the new manager, Ruben Amorim, wants from them.

The only problem Manchester United have right now is their players because the new coach Ruben Amorim have a very good system that works. The players needs to sit up and adjust to playing with the system. Look at how they played against Liverpool yesterday, it was very fantastic.
Manchester United has no problem. it is the players that are playing too poor, not the coach. Manchester City has good players and a coach with adequate experience in soccer, so it's possible for them to make a come back.

Manchester City is going through a down time which every system goes through. They are still in the top four and I don't see them leaving there. I think their supposed slump is exaggerated. It is obvious their standards had been too high over the years.

City are not in the top 4 currently. They sit at the 6th position, though the point difference between them and the fourth is not big.

Manchester United is in a serious crisis. I was thinking things should have been getting better by now but it's been 1 step forward 4 steps backwards. I can't be Brighton have been us three times at home consecutively.
