In my opinion, Pennywise the Dancing Clown from IT stands as the scariest villain of all time. His physical deformities and his creepy disposition is just too horrifying. The manner through which he exploits his victims is a deep sense of horror.
Xenomorph from the Alien movies stand out to me. He represents horror movie's most horrific villain. The way he kills and his ruthless stalking makes him truly horrifying to watch. People are afraid of its terrifying moves.
For me, nothing scares me quite as much as Leatherface from Texas Chainsaw Massacre. It might be because I saw the movie at such a young age, but I just find him absolutely terrifying anytime I see him!
