I would say that Lookman is the most impactful attacker in the Serie A this season. And that's regardless of whether he wins the league or not. Look at the way he has carried the Atlanta team on his own. Even when the team is not playing well, he uses individual brilliance to bail out the team.
I'd rather go for Mateo Retegui of same Atalanta. The attacker has been more impactful for the club, bagging 22 goals so far. He is currently the Serie A highest goal scorer, which makes him an indispensable player.
