Everyone is aware that exercise is one of the best ways to let out some steam and get back to feeling great. The thing that makes me happy is going for a run. I think there is something about jogging on the street and beating stress out of me. That makes me feel more assured. What about you? What do you like doing best to help the body and mind get active and decrease stress?
 
For me it's sleep. Whenever I am stress from work or anything else, the first thing I do is get some sleep, or watch a movie.
