Everyone is aware that exercise is one of the best ways to let out some steam and get back to feeling great. The thing that makes me happy is going for a run. I think there is something about jogging on the street and beating stress out of me. That makes me feel more assured. What about you? What do you like doing best to help the body and mind get active and decrease stress?
 
I'm a big fan of yoga! It’s the kind of feeling that comes with every step you take when walking while breathing in, then breathing out. Also, it is not strenuous, therefore, does not aggravate my joint pains. To me, yoga is the best thing because it is more relaxing.
 
I also like dancing since it helps me increase my heartbeat and also work out some stress. Also, it’s helpful as something I can do to really challenge my creativity. Whether I am dancing in my home or going for a dance class to the gym; I always get rid of stress, tension and feel relaxed.
