My biggest motivation to stay healthy and take care of my health is my family. I have four children, two of them adults and the other two close to be adults now.

My kids are still super active and I want to be able to keep up with that as much as I can so my health is important for that.

I want to be sure that I can stay healthy enough that I can continue to watch them live their lives and still be there for them as long as possible.

My greatest motivation to stay healthy is because of the big plans that I have in life. I have big goals that are within my reach. But I know that I won't achieve them when I have broken down in bad health.
 
Longevity is my biggest motivational factor. Living a long, healthy life motivates me a lot. Unfortunately, it is not that easy to achieve that goal. The topic of health is quite complicated. It is not easy to gather that willpower and eat healthy. This is why many people struggle.
