You need to apply the rule of 30 5 that is 30 Minutes on computer and 5 Minutes you practice some sports. It might be strange at post office but our health is priority to avoid these bad posture or much pains in the back.
Those are great tips. The 'Rule of 30-5' helps us remember to move around. Every 30 minutes, take a 5-minute break to stretch and move. This helps our backs and posture so much.
 
Lately I realise that I'm having too much of pains in the back. Sometimes, it's so severe that I wouldn't even be able to sit comfortably.. I don't know why this is happening and I do not know what to do. Can you suggest one exercise that can improve posture and minimize back pains?
