For the last few weeks I’ve been attempting to work on increasing my flexibility and mobility and I’m not entirely certain as to what has had the best.

I have been stretching and even have indulged in practicing some Yoga. But I want to hear from you guys out.

What are the best and the most efficient techniques as far as flexibility and mobility of the body is concerned? Can you recommend any specific stretches or exercises you do secretly that have made a huge impact to you?

Achieving flexibility as an adult is possible but a daunting process because our bodies are now less adaptable due to fully developed muscles, tendons, and connective tissues. I'm sure with constant exercises, your flexibility will improve.

To make this process fun and interesting for you, I encourage you to engage in sports like gymnastics, swimming, and ballet dancing. I hope you achieve your desired flexibility soon.
