I do strength training to look good and fit for my man😂. So, I do those exercises that involve upper body, lower body and full body. I do push-ups and I squats. It has really helped to form my body the way I wanted. Now, i’m proud of those curves 😂. I look at myself in the mirror, damn! I see a curly figure-eight girl 😂😂.

My number rule is focusing on my body form and I do those excersises three times in a week.

You should decide how you want your body to look when you're finished.

There are lots of different routes to go, even for guys, like focusing on a fit physique or full-on bodybuilding (classical like Arnold or otherwise). For women, some just aim for a bigger butt and not much else.

Once you know what look you want, you can create a workout plan to reach your goal. Just remember that you might not get exactly what you want because genetics and diet also play a part.

It is impossible to suggest best strength training for anyone without knowing age group and health conditions. However, to be on a safer side squats, plunges, push ups and walking lunges are good for women of all ages.

That’s true, you need to think about age and health conditions when recommending strength training exercises. Planks is another great exercises for women of all ages.
