I was reading about body balance and core strengthening exercises and thought of getting some advice on how to work on those areas. It is said that you can take advantage of strong and healthy abs muscles for better performance. Therefore, what exercises do you enjoy most and how do you manage to develop balance and strong core muscles?

I really like planks when it comes to developing the abdominal muscles. They are incredibly useful for your abdominal muscles and overall body posture as well. The first thing I would advise is that you begin with a plank that is performed while kneeling down. You can also use some balancing exercises such as single legged squats or balance on the boards, etc. These will assist in putting your balance and stability to test.

Planks are great for developing core muscles. Another exercise that I would love to encourage is the bird dog pose. It is also very effective for all the lower abdominal muscles and can also be used to strengthen your back muscles as well as your balance.
Yes! I support your opinion on that because planks and bird dog poses are also great workouts to strengthen abdominal muscles and develop good balance too. I have practiced all of these exercises and I clearly feel that I have seen enhancement in my stability and balance. It’s very clear that they should be incorporated into any fitness schedule.

Push-ups might be so popular that most people don't see anything peculiar in it, but I actually prefer doing it more than the other exercises. Regular pushups helps me maintain my chest and abs, especially on some weeks when I don't have time to go to the gym.
I notice that most of the planks affect my core muscles and stability in one way or another and that makes to a perfect choice.
