off-topic What is one food combination you think everyone should try at least once in their lives?

For threads discussing subjects unrelated to the main forum topics.
It is a Bhutanese dish, I don't remember the exact name but it a soupy dish made by cooking big chunks of potatoes, onions, capsicum, tomatoes and cheese. It taste very good, and is also very healthy.
 
I think it should be Palak kofta, very underrated dish but tastes awesome and since its from spinach so its good for health
