Our lives as human beings is pressured all the time because there are always needs which we must take care of as there's no compromise for them. There are those who suffer from depression and anxiety, others are homeless, betrayed, heartbroken and many other things. All these pile up to add untold pressure in each of our lives.

What are the pressures you face in your life every day?
 
Well, you are quite right, life is not a bed of roses. Everybody has something that bothers them sometimes it could be friends or even family. It is a challenge for some people to feel happy or have fear when necessary. Some may not have a home or may be all alone. Different things are happening to different people.
 
I totally get it! Sometimes life can feel boring when we do the same things every day. But here's the thing: you can change that by trying something new, like drawing or playing a sport. You can start by setting small goals, like reading a book. It truly helps.
At some point or the other, one feels that life is very monotonous and repetitive and it begin to get bored. But we can make it more fun by doing something completely different. We can take up sketching, go for a game of basketball, or even read a novel.
 
The biggest pressure that I'm facing right now in my life making sure that my mother gets better from being poisoned for 3 years. We never knew it was a poison that was dealing with her until recently. Everything I do now is to make sure he recovers.
I wanted to say sorry to hear that your mother has been going through that. I know how difficult it is for you to contend with such factors. Caring for our loved ones’ health is stressful and mind draining. I know what I'm saying because I’ve been there. Your commitment towards her recovery is what really matter here.

I like the fact you’re focused on ways to avoid the routine in our everyday life. As simple as taking up such activities as sketching the next art piece or even reading the next novel of your choice, will do the trick and help get rid of the boredom.

Economic stress also affects other areas of life. This is true because it cut across financial health and delve into our mental and even physical wellbeing. It must be understood that being under financial stress or financial pressures can cause life’s difficulties.
 
I'd say my main pressure is trying to do better than I did the previous day, always striving to better myself.

I have to admit that it's not always better or equal, as I do have distractions. However, I do try to cut back on things that may detract me from my overall goals so that I'm always progressing.
 
For me the biggest pressure is finance. I face it every day. I am a freelancer without any retirement benefits, pension plan, employee insurance, and other benefits a normal person gets by working for a company.
For as long as you have responsibilities to take care of every day which makes you to keep working for others or focus on your own business, finance will be a problem that will never go away until you become self sufficient.
