I find it weird how Musk would want to make UBI necessary, especially when he has openly stated that he hates those who are entitled and don't do anything to earn the money they receive.

Or just attach civil service stipulations to it.

There's always work that needs to be done in the community.

This would be a great stipulation to add onto UBI, no matter where you look there is something that needs to be done somewhere so why not make those who don't do anything work for something rather than just being entitled.
