Some people get face tattoos and gauge piercings. Some have bones through their nose and even horns attached to their heads.
To many people, especially older folks, this is a bad look.
If an employer decides to not hire someone based on those conditions, is it discrimination or are they practicing being able to look out for their business and not upset their customers?
When have businesses needed to worry more about appeasing the employee than the customer? Without the customer, the business is nothing. The customer is 110% times more economic stimulating than the employee.
