Do you take supplements at all?
If so, what ones do you take and why? Have they actually helped you at all, if so, how so?

I take a 40+ vitamin, even though I'm in my upper 30s, just to give me the vitamins I may be missing from my (awesomely) prepared meals.Do you take supplements at all?
I might need to look into a 40+ vitamin. I've been taking a general adult one but now I'm 40 so maybe I am missing something.I take a 40+ vitamin, even though I'm in my upper 30s, just to give me the vitamins I may be missing from my (awesomely) prepared meals.
I also take TUDCA for liver protection and Omega-3s for cholesterol.
If you count protein bars as supplements, I also have up to 1 of them a day (a 30g bar).
They stopped carrying the adult ones a while ago, so I just assumed being in my upper 30s, a 40s vitamin couldn't hurt.I might need to look into a 40+ vitamin. I've been taking a general adult one but now I'm 40 so maybe I am missing something.
I have them and need to be more consistent with them, as well as do blood draws to see the most effective dose that keeps my cholesterol at a healthy level. I don't think the recommended dose can do that for me, as cholesterol will spike, and go down, and back up, depending on when I get my testosterone shots.Omega 3 is something I need to start taking.
The only tea I drink is green tea, which I suppose is good for cancer. I might have a 500 mL bottle or two of it per week, though. Not very big into tea, unless it's black tea (unsweetened) at the drink bar and free; I'll go for the unsweetened black tea over a sugary drink any day.I also drink a lot of hot tea and chi tea with ginger for my digestive issues.
