It's pertinent for the seniors to engage in one or two exercises to stay healthy and independent. The golden day is filled up with lots of health challenges due to deterioration of the body. I'll give a no-bullshit rundown on how the seniors can stay vibrant.

1). Engaging in very low-impact exercises to help the joint.

2). Going through cardiovascular exercises to strengthen the heart

3). Engaging in balance and coordination exercises.

With these three steps, you should be up and running as a senior. 😂

I think brisk walking is very good for senior citizens. If they want to exercise at home, light impact exercise like yoga can be highly beneficial. They can also workout in gym with dumbbells or elliptical machines.

Seniors can brisk walk, do yoga, or light weight with dumbbells. They’re impact free, easy on the joints and can be done at their own pace. They are highly recommended for the seniors.

Staying healthy as we age is of paramount importance. However, too much strain must not be put on the body. In addition to low impact exercises, incorporating exercises into daily activities would make the process easy and less stressful, for example, using the stairs instead of the elevator, walking to a nearby store instead of driving or squatting while brushing teeth.

Get an E-bike.

It's easier on you than a regular bike, but you're still moving and doing very low impact fitness. I see more seniors on e-bikes than anyone else. Get a recumbent one if you need to be able to sit back or have balancing issues.

Cycling is easy. It's as easy as riding a bike, LOL. Most people know how to ride a bike.
