Maintaining this momentum will be a challenge, but currently, the game is outperforming even Pokémon Go, which averages around $1 million in daily revenue. Japanese players have contributed the most to Pokémon TCG Pocket’s revenue, making up 45% of its earnings, followed by the U.S. with 25%. Hong Kong and Taiwan each account for 4%, while South Korea, New Zealand, and France contribute 3% each.
On November 2, Pokémon TCG Pocket’s official X account celebrated surpassing 10 million downloads, with Appmagic reporting over 12 million by November 3. The U.S. leads in downloads, representing 29% of the total, followed by Brazil at 11% and Mexico at 6%. Japan, Germany, the U.K., and France each hold approximately 4% of the total installs.
In terms of revenue, iOS users have contributed a majority of the earnings, accounting for $10.5 million of the $12.1 million total so far, while Google Play brings in about $1.6 million. Downloads are more balanced, with Google Play leading at 4.2 million installs and iOS close behind with 3.3 million.
