In my fitness goal, I encountered a severe ankle sprain a couple of years back which held me from continuing with running for an extended period. The situation was difficult to accept but I understood resistance was my only option.

I perform rehabilitation exercises to recover my ankle. Then, I felt stronger. The long hard road I walked through taught me how important it is to show persistence and have patience in facing challenges.
