Manchester United played Ipswich Town at Old Trafford today in a match which was labeled battle of the bastards. Manchester United is 15th on the EPL table with Ipswich on 18th. Both teams are in a relegation battle.

Manchester United got a red card by the end of 1st first leading 2-1 but Ipswich equalised almost immediately with 4 minutes left to play. United was later able to grab all 3 points with Maguire scoring the winning goal. This win put Manchester United back to 14th on the EPL table.

They shouldn't be comfortable with this win. It is Ipswich after all(with all due respect). Their problems are still there, maybe next match will expose that.

You're right, Manchester United should feel comfortable with managing to beat Ipswich Town. They should have beaten Ipswich Town with ease but the red card changed their game.

Playing with one man down is not easy. Man U had to be resilient and determined to snatch a win. However, a serious team cannot continue to rely on last-minute heroics to get itself out of trouble.

Yeah, that's very correct. It's like how the same thing cost them playing in the FA Cup tournament. They lost against Fulham yesterday in the 4th round of the FA Cup.

Manchester United would not to on relegation for sure. But their performances have been very woeful. Are teams even scared to play against United again? Certainly not. My fear is if there is a redemption path for United ever again.

It's depressing watching my team Manchester United play now. There's hardly any player in the team I can trust 100% to deliver always except for Bruno Fernández. Onana is the worst thing that have happened to Manchester United.
De Gea shouldn't have been sold. Ten Hag's decision to sell him for Onana was a very bad decision. Also, he sold AWB and left Dalot who's not any better.

They are going to survive. It is a matter of time and not when before we can see them doing very well again. I am looking ahead to such events where they become a better team.

They are going to play against Leicester City today. Rud haven't beaten Manchester United since he was appointed the manager of Leicester City. He will try again today but I believe Manchester United will win.
