Do you listen to people as a hobby?

I used to be a registered listen in a website called 7cupsoftea.com

Its a site that offers free listeners whenever you have a problem. When you have a problem, you could go to them and talk, They will listen to you, sometime providing a suggestion or sometimes juts being there to listen to you.

What are your thoughts?
