Many people turn to yoga to enhance their body balance and stability. Others believe activities like Pilates or martial arts work just as well or better.
What’s your opinion? Which method do you prefer? Let’s discuss.

No l do not think so . l think something martial arts is better option because it combines both physical and mental strengh

You are not wrong for saying that. Of course, martial arts are so good to develop body balance. Karate, taekwondo, kick boxing need coordination, agility and focus and when mastered may be used to correct balance, flexibility among other physical features.

I really don't think yoga will be the first exercise that will come to my mind when talking about body balance. There are quite a handful of activities that can boost one's balance, as mentioned by the previous commenter.
Yoga might be far down the pecking order for me.
I have to disagree slightly here because yoga is a perfect way to achieve a better body balance. The postures or positions as well as the movements performed are very essential to maintaining body balance.

I'm not actually a fan of martial arts, although I watched alot of kung-fu movies that were made in China as a young boy. I just can't imagine myself doing that for any reason. This is not to discourage anyone though, it's just my personal opinion.
