It's always good to exercise your heart to get it pumping and stay on top of your body control. If you want to make your heart very agile and breathing good, putting yourself through a cardio workout is the way out.

These are the few steps I take to stay on top of the situation.

1). I make sure to improve my cardiovascular endurance.

2). I burn calories to lose weight

3). I never get too anxious and reduce stress.

4). I do a dance-based workout, and finally,

5). I engage myself in any of the outdoor activities like running, cycling, or swimming at least once in a week.

Trust me, it works magic.😂

Those are great tips! I'll make sure to follow them religiously. Generally, the cardio exercises enhance the heart health and well-being of each and every individual. But it's advisable to consult a doctor before embarking on those exercise.

cardio exercises are very important for maintaining heart health. It is good exercise for all ages, including senior citizens. However, if you are under medication, especially for heart, or if you have already gone through heart surgery or heart attack, you should always consult your doctor

Those are excellent tips, but I will add one more. Do not do much more than your body is prepared to do. Pushing yourself is great, but pushing too hard is how people get injured and get sidelined. Know your limits, push a little, but be sure to not go overboard.

I bought a cycling computer for my bike.

Garmin Edge 540.

I got the bundle, which gave me a heart rate monitor.

To me, being able to monitor and see my HR allows me to work out more effectively. Seeing what good you're doing in real time really helps.

Since getting that computer, I've been able to push myself more and more on the bike.

I don't trust tech devices to monitor my health. I am weary of them collecting and reselling this data to insurance companies.

I know that it's illegal to deny you for a preexisting condition, but with AI, the devices could probably determine the likelihood of you developing a new condition in the not-too-distant future, and deny you based on that, if not give you a higher rate.

I'm fortunate to have full health and dental for myself and my family, but I would like a secondary insurance plan that isn't too expensive to cover the maximum $3000 yearly copays. Even if it were $50/month as a supplemental to cover that, the $600 would give me peace of mind to cover the $2400, as my insurance covers hospice, so it would essentially be a $3000/year fee if that ever happened to any one of us. Not too big of a blow, but it's still something I consider as we age.

That's absolutely true! I'm also in agreement that a regular cardio exercises is good for strengthening the heart and if we do it often, it can improve circulation.

Sure! Your concern is very valid. I also take data privacy very crucial especially when it comes to my health. But you can still choose devices or apps with robust encryption and data protection features.

That's a great reminder because it's crucial not to over exert ourselves during exercise. We can do a few minutes of exercise per day and build up the routine slowly. This also will make it a lot easier to stay safe while exercising.

When exercising, it's not good to do too much at once. It is always safer to start with lesser movement and gradually increase our movements. This will assists in the building of stamina gradually.
