oga has really helped me to control both stress and anxiety.
Yoga does amazing things for mental health. It only takes the physical movements, breath, and then the meditation to achieve that mental state. It's wonderful for calming the mind and soothing stress. What poses do you find to really make you feel good?
've never been able to touch my toes. I've always heard that yoga could stretch me out enough to be able to do that. I just don't know where to start and I don't have time to attend a class.
Don't be tense. You can start with simple yoga poses from home. You can do simple yoga poses that would stretch your hamstrings. You can find many resources to show you how through videos online preferably YouTube.
Ever since, I have made yoga a daily routine.
That's so awesome. I have also got to watch couple of videos on YouTube on yoga. It really helped to learn some new poses. Have you tried any specific yoga style that you are drawn to?
