I used to use torrents back in the day, but these days I no longer do that. I never did figure out how to seed things, I would just download different things lol. I don't often download shows anymore since most things I watch are on streaming platforms I have.

Well, I never seeded, I only downloaded. When I was a student, I found Torrent very useful as I could save money by downloading software and books. I learned photoshop through a cracked version I downloaded through torrent.

This is really my stance when it comes down to it now.

I'd hate for my work to be used without compensation, so I can't say that I would want to do the same to other people. It's easy to rationalize it for some with, "Well, it's just a corporation, they can afford it." However, that thought process fails to take 10 steps forward to recognize that if the corporation loses revenue, they're bound to lay off a slew of workers, or to put into otherwords, people dependent on a job to make a living.

I know about this but never cared to pay any attention to it because it never felt right to me. There are so many people using it that I know of but my conscience will never let me be in peace if I did something it told me that's wrong.
