I have always seen people wanting to lose weight, it is very rare to come across those who want to gain weight. Have you gone through an attempt to gain weight? What techniques did you use ?
 
Actually, yes! Since birth I have been a naturally slim person and constantly faced challenges when attempting to build muscles. Through weightlifting and a calorie rich diet, my life has completely changed for the better. The past year has brought my muscle weight to 10 pounds making me stronger while boosting my self-confidence.
