This is okay because we often find ourselves changing tastes after sometime. I think time does when you end up getting obsessed with a particular song. Music really takes over when a song is particularly captivating in some way most especially if it's from our favorite artist.

Two things would make me obsessed with a song. One is if the song has some crazy creative instrumentals. I can listen to that song for over 100 times to grasp and recreate such instrumentals.
