Do you have early dinners?
I usually have dinner at 9 PM, But later, I started having at 8 PM and I was feeling better.
More so, in recent weeks, I started to have dinner just one hour early at 7PM and I see three wonderfull changes in myself.
1. More energy in the morning
2. Faster fat loss.
3. Comfortable stomach and no further abdominal issues.
