movie Dune (2021)

I've heard so many great things about Dune and that is what interest me to go see it. I pre-watched the movie by reading the book and I must say, I really liked the film so much! The story is nice and different. The first time I heard that the movie is out, I immediately hop on it. I repeated watching it three times.

I believe that the director Denis Villeneuve made a great work in portraying the story especially for the contemporary audience. That is how special effects are supposed to be done and the music again gives me shivers. I think Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya correctly portrayed their characters in this movie. Interestingly, I found some sort of resemblance between Dune and Star Wars. For instance, the special powers of the characters.

I am not a very bog fan of such sci-fi content so I dont watch them very regularly also. But I had to watch this because my partner was very excited and he wanted me to watch this together.

Was it extraordinary? - didnt feel so. However, you ask me if it was ordinary, I would say that it had certain serious thinking behind it. I felt Part 1 was far better than Part 2.
