This world is crazy man, another plane crash within several days of the last?
I heard the news while attending a recital.

From what I've gathered, it was a small aircraft that could've been transporting organs for transplant, so it could potentially have a farther-reaching devastating effect beyond just the crash.

However, I haven't had time to look into it beyond the comments yet.

That's tragic if true. It's probably random, just seems crazy happening so close in time to the other.

Not to take away from the tragedy, but that's how news cycles work.

Any aircraft that crashes will be immediately reported on until it's no longer "big" news, say a single engine crop duster in the middle of nowhere with no injuries for example.

You can look back at the Alaska Airlines 737-9 MAX exit door plug incident in August 2024 as a prime example of fear, uncertainty, doubt, etc. driving a cycle.

Squawking 7700 (emergency) was trending and reported on almost daily for a while because people closely followed it due to the earlier 737 incident. Not to mention, there are an average of five 7700 squawks per day (36 per week), so they could report on the most interesting ones — it was "front page" if it involved Boeing though — until overall interest faded since there was essentially no limit to what they could report.

But the Philadelphia plane crash sounds tragic and heartbreaking at the same time too.
That's tragic if true.

It turns out it was a little girl, her mother, a doctor, a paramedic, and two pilots on the plane. Along with the 6 on the plane that didn't make it, there was also 1 on the ground, an end result of 7 deaths and 19 injuries.

This from the source above tugs at the heartstrings a bit:
The girl being transported to Mexico had just finished medical treatment for a life-threatening illness at Shriners Children's Hospital in Philadelphia.

Earlier on Friday, staff had thrown her a party to celebrate, hospital spokesman Mel Bower said.

Making it sound even worse.

🙏

So it was a Care Flight then, flying the girl back home.

Break them into sets until your technical failure is around 12 at your last set. You could probably push until a total of 150 doing it that way. Take about a 1m45s-2m rest between sets as well.
Alright mate. Thanks so much for the tip. I will give it a try and see how I'm going to adjust and adapt to it.
