So, finally, the war spills over to the world outside the non financial domain.

When the war started, it affected all of us all by producing a global inflation that later morphed into a polycirsis. However, now it has taken the shape of a public health concern. When the shield is damaged, if the radiation leaks through, we are looking at a nuclear catastrophe and a rise in number of health issues like cancer, deformed and mangled bodies, loss of vision, thyroid issue and too much to list out.

One additional problem is while two countries are at war, no one will deem them as doing any aggression as its just part of the war. Even if one is identified as aggressor, often, countries are not tried for their crimes.

These factors make this issue too complex.
