fitness Body hair

This general fitness thread covers all aspects of fitness, including workouts, nutrition, wellness tips, lifestyle changes, and fitness advice.
Problems with laser is that they change the texture of the hair. It becomes more thick, coarse, curly and difficult to remove.

Waxing is painfull.

Body hair removal sprays/creams doesnt work very well with thick hair, so pubic region should be excluded and instead use a razor or whatever works best for you.

I found that out the hard (and expensive) way.

I could take it, but I just don't want to book appointment after appointment, and it cost too much of my time. So, I'm just a bear now. 🤣

What about trying hair removals prays?

For me, it works really effective. The odour is has is unbearable, but it lasts for 10 to 15 mins maximum.

Have you tried them?

I hate facial hair, and chest and tummy hair. I shave all of that.
I've grown fond of a beard.

And it takes like an entire razor blade to do my chest and tummy. That alone gets quite expensive. I can usually get two good shaves out of a blade if I do the ole' jean trick, where you scrape the blade across jeans and it gives it just a little bit more sharpness. But after that, it's worthless because it won't cut as close after that.

With razors being like $14 for 4, it could be quite the monthly expense to keep it up.

I might only do it during beach season...

Hah.

When I first got into cycling, I read that shaving your body hair makes cycling feel better.

So, I did it. I shaved everything--legs, rear, front, everything, LOL.

The chaffing I got afterwards was horrendous to say the least. I wore my cycling kit, which is spandex and skintight, and it felt needles all over my body where needles shouldn't be.

Never did that again, never will do that again. LOL.

Kudos to those of you who do. You're tougher than me!
