I watch the TV show ‘Percy Jackson’ and I adore it. It was developed from the book and written by Rick Riordan. It is so enjoyable and still so close to the story in the books. They did a good job in creating the characters and the monsters.
The show that come to mind is ‘The Golden Compass’ TV series. It is based on a novel of Philip Pullman. This is a show full of fun and also with interesting personalities. I also like how it’s based on a fantasy where animals can speak.

The one that comes to mind is the "Twilight" series. I heard the books and TV shows were both great, but I never got around to consuming both.
I have read the book but have not watched the show, I can guess how amazing the show could be because the book is really great.
