Have you ever been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder? Do you currently take any medication to alleviate the anxiety? How do you cope when you're dealing with anxiety?

I've never been diagnosed with any kind of anxiety disorder, but having a much greater knowledge of them through training through the work I do, I am pretty confident that I suffered severely with an anxiety disorder in my teenage years. I felt very conscious of talking to new people, more so apparently than ordinary people, and I was always worrying constantly on a daily basis about what other people thought of me and my actions. Having had training since to deal with people that suffer from all kinds of mental health disorders, I now understand that it's likely I was suffering with a moderate to severe form of anxiety disorder as a teenager.

As I've grown up, I've become much less anxious, and I no longer think I'd fit any diagnostic criteria for an anxiety disorder. Of course, I still worry about things sometimes, but not more so than the average person I think. :)

Majority of people becomes more anxious especially those how have a work pressure add to cedentary and bad posture during work add to not practice sports and addiction solutions like tobacco or alchool that never solve their daily problems.

I can understand that. For me, I've dealt with a lot of stresses in my late teenage/early adulthood years... my life is a lot less chaotic and unpredictable now than it was 5-10 years ago. So for me, that's worked to reduce my anxiety and worries a lot. It also helps that the job I do right now is a job I genuinely really enjoy, so I don't find it stressful much if at all.
