Let's be honest, there are always conflicts in any type of relationship that two people have. So, in marriages we should expect disagreement. As they say, we agree to disagree. However; how do you overcome them and make the bond even stronger instead of just allowing things to become worse? What's your advice on how to deal with conflicts and learn to be stronger after it?

I'll say from juvenile experience that the "quiet treatment" will never solve the problem, and you'll only waste time.

Like @Augusta and @theearner mentioned, calmly sit down and sort things out amicably. You could give it a day so things can cool off, but if you're constantly stretching out that day to a week before addressing the matter head-on, you are wasting time that you could be using to grow together.

By calmly discussing the issue, listening actively, and finding a compromise together.
This means that communication must be efficient. It is very important to lean towards the aspects of recognizing one another’s point of view in any matter. The solution is to take a time out when anger levels are at their highest. This way, we can controll our anger.before bargaining again.

I always make sure that I talk with my partner. It might not be at the heat of the disagreement so that tempers would not let loose. After an hour or two, I would call her and we honestly talk about the root cause of the disagreement. And probably, a makeup sex can follow.

No matter who ever is at fault, if you come forward and say sorry, you can easily resolve your disagreement. There is no point in arguing, you will reach no where. You need the ability to communicate and respect your partner's intellect and emotions.
I absolutely agree with your view and I think men should always come forward and ask for forgiveness even when they are not at faults. that's because women always like to be treated special. They are made that way.
