This film deals with faith in the afterlife. An evil man goes to visit his evil father in the afterlife where the father tells his son not to listen to to a lady begging for help. That in the end the son has to explain to his grandson why he had to do wrong in order to set the record straight. Well, it is such a pitiful idea. There is only one word for this idea and it is total mess.

The anticipation I had simply from the look at the picture of Liam Neeson assured me that this film would be filled with action and great acting. However, I was completely shocked to finish watching this mess of a film. The directing is just as bad . All performers are bad in their acting and nothing unique has happening. You can ignore this film.

Absolution is an action crime drama film where an old man tries to mend relations with his family and make up for sins he has committed in his criminal world, which finally begins to take toll on everything that he has.
Liam Neeson is 72, but he still has quite much of energy as the protagonist in this film. Neeson’s lovers can give it a watch. He did well in the movie.
