discuss Wireless charging

I recently bought an iPhone (so I switched from android to iphone) that has the wireless charging facility. Already shelling out a significant amount of money, I decided not to go for the official Apple Wireless charging based phone case.

Now thinking about it, what difference does it really make? You still have to plug in using a USB in care of charging with a wire. You also have to keep your phone over a specially prepared platform to charge if you are using a wireless charging device.

Does it really make much of a difference?

The reason why I'm not interested in making use of wireless charging is because it is not fast. It is going to take about 3-4 hours for my smartphone to charge 100% if I am using wireless charging than when I am using the direct charger. It takes less than one hour 45 minutes from my phone will be completely charged using direct charger.

I am using the wireless charging right now and to be honestly, I love it. Dropping my phone on the charger is just a relief. I came from the old way of charging my phone which is always with a concern about wear and tear, and what not.

Wireless charging is solely there to increase the appeal of a device and just for enhanced tech because one still has to plug the charger into a socket. I see that more homes and coffee joints have integrated the wireless charging system for more convenience.

Wireless charging is too slow for my liking. It's why I've never cared to use it. I need my smartphone to be on super fast charging whenever I plug it to top up their battery power.

I have made use of a wireless charger in the past, and I found it convenient if I was at home and my phone needed charging wilst I was at my desk working, I could have it sat on the wireless charger and still use it if I needed to without the wire connected to the phone.

I will admit, if you are looking to use it for out and about, it really doesn't make a difference compared to you taking your own charger.
