They would throw poop and trash in the street and nobody could see a connection between it and disease. Why didn't God help? They believed they worshipped the true God, but there was no deliverance from the Black plague.
You mean it would have wiped all of them out? But isn't it ironic they then traveled to the New World and wiped people there out?He can't just fix things immediately. Everything that happens on the earth happens with a purpose. Maybe he was unsatisfied with the people in Europe's behavior, and wanted to teach them a lesson. Another thing you have to think about it that God does not explicitly tell us when he helps. Maybe he did help them, but how would we know? If God hadn't stepped in, how bad would the plague have gotten? Just something to ponder...
I mean, I'm not saying it would've wiped the whole earth out, but I think God played a role in making sure that the plague didn't get too out of hand. You mean it would have wiped all of them out? But isn't it ironic they then traveled to the New World and wiped people there out?
It just seems like European people then (definitely not now) were highly religious, so it seems the Christian God would step in.I mean, I'm not saying it would've wiped the whole earth out, but I think God played a role in making sure that the plague didn't get too out of hand.
Yeah, I'm just saying, he probably did, we just don't know about it since he didn't make a huge ordeal out of it.It just seems like European people then (definitely not now) were highly religious, so it seems the Christian God would step in.
